curious has written an iTunes plugin to control a Rez Trance Vibrator using beat detection.

Download the rezTunes source or a compiled set of binaries for OSX on Intel.

Update: qDot has created updated versions of rezTunes that work with iTunes 7.4+ and have universal binaries. These are available at the libtrancevibe project site.
